Q: Why does this product say returnable in the ad but non- returnable in the description?

It’s say returnable Under Amazon conditions, but states “ Return this item for free Free returns are available for the shipping address you chose. You can return the item for any reason in new and unused condition and get a full refund: no shipping charges.” If used, it is not refundable. The seller states it is non-refundable due to sanitary conditions. Stipulation is if you change your mind before the item reaches you unopened and you cancel, damage of the item and you contact the seller immediately to let them know of the defect, and it also states “This item is returnable - This item can be returned within 30 days in most cases.” I know it can be confusing, but simply put, if the item is received and you open the package and there is no defects, it is not returnable.
