Hanes Men's 5170

SCRATCHY FABRIC. Literally bought 2 of the exact same shirts in Jan 2018 and this fabric is very scratchy. I’ve washed them 4 times and they haven’t softened up. One of them doesn’t have “Hanes” printed on the collar so I’m pretty sure some of these are knock off copies. Very disappointed.

Ordered three shirts from Clothingshoponline. The size selector said 4XL was available for all three. I normally do 3XL to fit my shoulders so 4XL would be awesome for sleeping. I received TWO XLs and a SMALL!?!? I mean I can see grabbing a 3XL by mistake but a SMALL??The fabric of each shirt is VERY scratchy and super thin. The tags may read 100% cotton but these are more like poly than any cotton I’ve ever seen.Do yourself a favor and just RUN! Run FAR away from these shirts!

I bought this shirt for its absolutely hideous color and was not the least bit disappointed. The fit and everything was fine, but you know, it’s a t-shirt. I wasn’t asking for, or expecting, much. I did attach a picture of me wearing it though, lest readers think I would wear this in any manner other than being part of an obvious costume. The good news is, my team won the costume contest, so I consider this to have been a worthwhile purchase. Full disclosure though—I didn’t bother to pack the t-shirt on my return trip. I just couldn’t imagine myself wearing it ever again.

I ordered these t-shirts as the word "tagless" was written in both the product name AND product description. These t-shirts contained not one but two tags on the neckline. My son needed them right away so I could not return. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. Whoever is responsible for the product name and description needs to update this so Noone else gets what they didn't want.

Having ordered maybe 30 t shirts on line, I have my preferences. The Hanes "tagless" shirts are good. They make more than one line of tagless garments, however, so be careful. This one is all cotton, but it's a bit scratchy until washed a few times. I have a promotional t shirt like this that I've had for 10 years and it's still just fine. Being all cotton, these do shrink, and I wear them mainly for work, so I order xlarge and expect them to shrink to more like a large, which they do nicely.

The material was too thick. The dimensions of the shirt were too small. The seller "reviews" your return and has to "approve" it. And you don't get a refund until they get it. They probably don't have free return shipping either. Definitely not worth it. Don't waste your money

The shirt runs smaller than others from the same manufacturer I have purchased. This may be an issue with the seller. The seller offered a small refund that didn't cover the costs. The seller Garment Avenue was very difficult to deal with.

Over all these t-shirts are what a t-shirt should be. My gold one is bright, as it should be, and the brown one is brown, not to light or to dark. The material is not see through like most t-shirts are these days, and not over priced. Tag less is always a plus! The description says preshrunk, but don't put them in a dyer or they will shrink up a bit more. I ordered large shirts but they're still a tad on the small size. The only reason for the 4 stars. I would buy them again and recommend them. You might want to buy a size larger if you want a more roomy fit.
