VANIGHT Mini LED Flashlight CREE XPE-R3 Pocket Torch 120 LM Penlight with Belt Clip

As a doc that needs to have a penlight on me for every shift I was looking for one that would hold up to constant use...this light has a solid build and I don't feel like it'd bust if it fell out of my scrub top a couple times. Only down side...and this only applies to a small sliver of customers...but if I'm trying to shine this in someones eyes it will surely blind them. The light is very very bright. After receiving mine I actually left it on to drain the batteries to a tolerable dimness that I feel will work for medical use. My last penlight (different brand) broke in my hands when turning it on, I doubt that will ever happen with this one. But I won't be able to use new batteries in this light in my typical usage. Great light and definitely what I was looking for as far as build quality. Build in varying light intensities at this price point and it'd be 5++.

So I have had the vanight for a little over a month now. Good light, plenty bright enough. I am an HVACR technician and wanted a small pocket sized light to always keep on me and this works very well. However, you need to know that it is really only good for brief instances. After 4 or 5 minutes it starts to get kind of hot and the light starts to dim, but after turning it off for a minute it regains its former brightness. So overall it's good if you aren't needing it to be on for longer amounts of time. I would not recommend for things like camping or emergencies. But for quick inspection type work or around the house it's fantastic for the price.

Durable, bright, and incredibly slim. This is the flashlight I keep at closest hand.Its small size makes it easy to carry along. And it's bright, but not in the way so many new LED flashlights are. Many newer flashlights are intensely bright in the center and much less bright surrounding the center. Although this flashlight is brighter in the middle, the light tapers off more evenly than other flashlights so the whole area is nicely lit.The flashlight is well built--- a very solid feel. The longevity should be excellent.

I just got it, and I don't mind the button on the end at all. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is probably my fault. I assumed that the belt clip was removable, due to another review that says it "comes with it". Most people probably would want the clip securely on it, like it is. Overall, a powerful light for its size, with makes it easy to carry.

It works. If used for more than a minute it gets warm. Packaging was an attempt at being 'fancy' but wasn't. The switch is on or off. There is no momentary on if you push it part of the way but not all the way. It'll be a back up and my Streamlight will still be my go to.

This is a very bright flashlight but it does get hot (not warm) if you leave it on for extended periods of time. I starts getting warm after about 30 seconds and almost too hot to hold after a few minutes

small, nice, looks good (pen like type) but beam can not be adjusted, it has bright center spot, dark circle around it and it follows with another not so bright area, so far it works

Great light but the belt clip is a joke like all the others. Sings flashlight companies have a hard time making a belt clip that can last more than 10 minutes in someone's pocket.
