Très beau couteau :)Les finitions sont très soignées, tant pour la lame que le manche. Il pourrait même être exposé comme décoration, je n'ai pas vue le porte-couteaux qui va avec... Mais pourquoi pas opter pour un support aimanté.En usage, aucune critique à émettre. Coupe précise et nettoyage facile. Cependant, je préfère le laver à la main pour prévenir tout dommage au manche en lave-vaisselle.Le coffret est bien conçu, un super cadeau.
