The shoulder straps ripped after using a few times. Now just use as a hand lunch bag. Love the design of the bag. It also holds a lot of items.

Recently had to upgrade to a different lunch bag that can carry all my stuff without it looking too bulky. This bag provided plenty of insulated space inside to fit a gladd container, a thermal water bottle and a short glass water bottle comfortably without spills.Outside pockets for front and sides gives extra storage for small quick-grab items like card holder, earphones, eyeglass cloth, and other pocket items (definitely won'r hold bulky keys with huge straps and keychains though).The best part of this bag are the adjustable sling straps, the sturdy hand grip straps, and the stylish appearance. At a distance, it definitely does not look like a lunch bag and seems more like a purse. It's easy to match with outfits but with a more casual style. So far, it's been holding up well and there are no broken seams or stitches.The wide front pocket already came with a snap-on fastener so for my own use, I added some snap-on fasteners for the side pockets too so I won't have to worry about accidentally losing my earbud case and mints.Hope you find this review helpful!

I have bee using a bigger bag. This is so convenient and has enough room. Keeps things cold and no leaks.

I loved this bag. It was very handy and easy to carry. It fit a salad container, string cheese and bottle of water. It could have fit a lot more. I also used two thin ice packs in it. It was never stuffed full or overly heavy. The problem is the handle broke (ripped right through) after less than 3 months. So diasappointed!

I received my order and really happy with the quality, great padding to keep items either cool or hot. Easy to clean and size it’s just great.

This replaced a custom bag I spent 3x as much for. The outside material is super durable and has a great pattern. Keeps food really cold - I have this in a cabinet for 4 hrs at work bfr eating and everything stays nice and cold using 2 small cold packs. And it has 2 big pockets, 1 with a zipper for food stuff you want about room temp. The other pocket is perfect for Smart Phone, keys and mask. I don't need a purse when I use this.

So far, so good. Only two weeks in but it appears to be durable and fits my bento box with snacks perfectly!

Muy buena lonchera. Le cabe bastante. No es muy térmica pero sirve muy bien para llevar lunch.

La tela no es de la mejor calidad, pero el interior es bueno y cumple con el propósito
