I was trying this as a new product (I heard good things about the drops). For starters the shampoo texture felt and looked like it was watered down. Once I began washing I quickly felt how mattered my hair became. I have very fine hair and I’ve NEVER had a shampoo make my hair feel so rough, while washing. End result I ended up combing out A LOT of my hair in order to detangle it from the shampoo!! I did not waste my time trying out the conditioner or drops.
