I highly recommend these markers if you use wax to seal your envelopes or packages. The color (from what I view) makes a wax stamp look more 3D. The markers are vibrant for other things too.

These metallic black seal pens are so pretty! Because I use them for detail work it’s not as easy to see the metallic sheen as on other materials, but it still is metallic nonetheless. It was worth the long wait!

It is nice to have a variety of markers for my wax seals. My only complaint is that there are a couple of colors that do not work well. Almost seems as mixing water with oil. They move away from the wax. All the other markers work well.

They have brought so much life to my wax seals

I got these markers to add highlights to my wax seals. They dry with more of a matte metallic finish than a high gloss finish, but the description doesn't say high gloss, so I can't really complain. They don't have much of a sheen when used on paper. I got another brand of chrome markers in silver and copper and those have mirror-like finish and glossy shine. So, I'll likely use those first before reaching for these markers, but I am looking forward to trying more than just the silver, gold, and white on the wax seals. I also tried the red, green, and blue markers on a shiny surface. While they looked nice when they dried and rubbing a finger over them didn't smear, a little more pressure added, and the ink came off on my thumb and wiped completely off with a tissue and hand sanitizer. Again, the description doesn't say they are permanent, so I can't help but wonder if they will come off if someone adds a little pressure to the wax seal or if it will rub off in the mail.

Should NOT be labelled as pens for wax seals. The ink rubs RIGHT OFF the wax. Cannot use to emphasize images made in the wax. This is the only reason why I bought them.

Bullet end is small enough to write on waxed seals and yet big enough to cover the waxed image easily.

I like this set of metallic markers with a nice selection of rich metallic colours. The lids fit tightly so no worry of ink drying out, comfortable to use and the nibs are the ideal size for what I needed them for. I did find that the ink smudges if touched right away but it is a look I was going for with some of my stamps so i dont mind bc i was going to smudge a bit anyway.For other stamp designs I do get richer colours with 2 to 3 coats and I love the finish 😊 I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Durch den Wasserabweisenden Effekt von Wachs, haftet der Stift nicht allzu gut auf diesem. Allerdings bei mehreren Durchgängen wird die Farbe auch dicker und deckt nach und nach. Also für den Preis eigentlich ganz ok. Zur Not kann man sie anderweitig verwenden.
