BESTVITE Benfotiamine, 150 mg (120 Vegetarian Capsules)

It came right on time and as soon I received it, I took one capsule. It was around dinner time when it arrived. It’s been now two hours later and it’s now feeling less painful around my feet. I’m hoping it to get better in the next twelve hours. We will see.

I had been using Benfotiamine in a lesser dosage and will go back to that. The reason is that I also take other similar products the combined effect of which came out of balance. Since I already have the established routine it is, in my case, more sensible to return to it. Just check what you are already using and test it before committing to it long term. If it is too much you will feel pain in your eyes, just stop, go to a lesser dosage. Good product

I have had some neuro pain (tingling in one hand and feet). I was unable to walk barefoot on any hard surface, even carpeting was a challenge. I started taking one capsule/day and started to notice a difference so I increased it to 2/day (1 AM & 1 PM). The tingling is gone and so is the pain. This isn't a painkiller, it helps repair the sheath that covers the nerves. I had no idea that being deficient in 1 essential vitamin could have been causing this. Even though I take an excellent quality multi/vit & min supplement, I found that the B1 vitamin included was simple thiamin and was the wrong form.After I had done a great deal of research and trial and error fixes, I stumbled on an article about neuropathy pain. Fascinating read. I am shocked that this has actually worked for me. Not sure what else it helps, I only know it has helped me. Do some research and check out what may be causing the type of pain you are experiencing. For me? It has made a huge improvement in my day to day life. Best of luck.

I like that it is not another prescription. My doctor recommend it and I searched it for more information. You do your own research and ask your doctor.
