A timeless classic pan

Paid for new, apparently got a used one? It did say something about (thanks for giving this a 2nd life ?) and it does have some chips and scratches by the 2nd handle? How ever the cooking surface is ok and its of good quality, I'm very impressed with all it's good stuff! Just wish I had been the first owner !

This is a very good pan heat wise, easy enough to clean but very heavy. As a senior I find it useful but difficult to handle due to the weight.

This was such a big step up from the cheap pans you find on here or in big box stores. So far I've been able to cook easily and with less heat from my stovetop every single meal with this pan. While it is marked as dishwasher-safe, I prefer to clean it by hand after each meal.It's significantly heavier compared to the cheaper pans, something you'll notice right away. The construction feels very sturdy. The difference is like night and day.Note that you do not need a silicone hand grip as the heat from the pan will not conduct to either of the handles. Cuisinart did an excellent job making this pan. As the rest of my pots and pans age out, I will be looking at these first for replacements.

After a few weeks of use, this pan’s non stick coating started to come off. And I accidentally found that peeled coating was in my food. Not recommended.

I bought this for our induction stove. It's a good bit wider than our widest burner, but the heat distribution is excellent. What is most excellent: It's a dream to wash. They really mean nonstick. You could probably just wipe it off with a paper towel. Wish it came with a lid, but we're adapting. Ideal for cooking meats and chicken when you want to space things out.

We have used Cuisinart Non -Stick and Stainless. Cookware for years. This 10” fry pan was put into use Sept. 2023. It is the first piece we have tried with the new Silver Coating. We only use Plastic/Nylon utensils meant for non-stick. The finish is Flaking off with each wash. The surface also shows Stir marks but they aren’t down to metal as the Flakes are. The older pans have their Original Quantum (black) non-stick, they have not shown this issue even after years of daily use.
