Q: Would this work for adults?

Yes! I use it every day! It is fabulous. I am 5'4" but seatbelts tend to hit my neck or even my face if I'm in a big truck. This gadget makes driving a lot more comfortable.

Q: Can you leave it on all the time or must you remove it when the seatbelt is not being used?

You can leave it on but you have to teach them how to buckle using it. Specifically not to move it as the buckle and rebuckle each time.

Q: Does it stay in place or does it slip up and down

It stays in place once the seatbelt is engaged.
