Great customer service
I was very pleased with the customer service. There was a problem at first, but it was quickly resolved. The fan works well, is light weight and easy to install. Surprisingly powerful for the size.

THE FAN AND PANELS WORK PERFECTLY FINE--SOMETIMES THE INSTALLERS DON'T
I'll make this simple and brief.1. This works right out of the box exactly like it's supposed to. In less than 30 seconds the fan was out of the box plugged into the solar panels spinning away in the afternoon sun. I installed it the following evening on a 40' shipping container. The next day it wasn't working, but ONLY because I had installed it in the dark and reverses the pin/power connector. Once I flipped the connector, it fired up and worked like a champ.2. It doesn't have instructions because it doesn't need them. Because there are limitless mounting applications, the manufacturer couldn't possibly anticipate all of them. It contains mounting hardware that you can pick and choose from or ignore altogether.3. A bunch of reviewers say the fan runs/blows the wrong direction. It's just simply not true. I get the impression that some of these reviews are from folks who still need to use safety scissors when cutting their colored construction paper projects. If you want the air to blow OUT, install the fan with the blade facing away from you. If you wan it to suck air IN, then mount with the blades facing you. It's just that easy.

Work good
This is my second season for this fan, in my greenhouse! I removed the solar panel and stored for winter! This year I plugged it in a few days ago and work just like it did last year! In one of the picture I have my solar panel mounted on the roof of the greenhouse! Side that get maximum direct sunlight! Please note, if you fan pulsation, fan run on and off, this is due to the sun being blocked from direct sunlight! It need direct sunlight to work steady! Even shadow from trees, clouds, body, etc will make the fan start and stop! So you need direct sunlight to the panel! The solar panel only delivers the powered need for fan to work steady, since there is no battery storage, and solar panel send it power directly to the fan any shadows on the solar panel reduces it waiting it delivers to the fan, causing start and stop of the fan!1. angle of solar panel2. Solar panel need direct sunlight!3. No shadows, from tree or shrubs, clouds, or shadow from anything will reduce the panel sun collection and prevent the fan from working steady, and cause intermittent of the fan to work!I hope this helps!
