This product was great after I first received it, however, since then more features I am not able to use (e.g. voice command, the Waze screen disappears while in Waze when making or receiving a call, to name a few) all the features and functions I have with the use of a USB C cable to my I-Phone are no longer available with this device. I chose this device because in the description of this product my vehicle was included. This is a more expensive product than others that are available, but again because my vehicle was included I chose to spend the additional money. I am disappointed and have tried working through the material that was included in the box but to this point no improvement. I've had this product since the beginning of July and have used it almost daily until recently. I would appreciate a refund of the purchase price and to return this device unless there is information out that will allow me to use the same features as I can without this device. Let me also say, I prefer to use this device because when it does work the connectivity without having to connect my phone to my vehicle was convenient and allow great use of the area in my vehicle.

This is the first wireless carplay adapter that worked with my car. (2019 mazda mx-5 miata). Pretty much plug and play.One star off for a pretty long delay (like more than a minute or two) before it turns itself on, connects yo my iPhone 12 pro, and the car recognizes it as a carplay input. Is it worth the price to avoid having to plug in my phone? Eh. But its cheaper than a retrofit for mazda factory wireless carplay into my car.

Tech support was good, but via email with a delay due to time zones. Connected once. Wouldn’t reconnect. Built in car microphone wouldn’t work. Upgraded software/firmware with same result. My vehicle is a Mercedes GLE 400.

Contrary to one of the other reviews, I could not get the Bovee Play2air to connect to my Mercedes GLC that has MBUX. I have a 2021 model, so it's possible that Mercedes tweaked their CarPlay support in my newer model year, since I found the Play2air adapter does work perfectly in a 2019 GLC300 (without MBUX). It's possible it might work in my car if I update the Play2air firmware, but for now I will not use it. Its start up delay on the GLC300 is actually longer than it takes me to plug my iPhone into the wired connector. So there is little benefit in having it.

I bought this for using on my 2019 Buick Enclave that has built-in CarPlay. Installation did not go well. I did not get the ViseeO display on the car or on the phone. Bluetooth did pair with the phone and flashed both the blue and orange lights on the device but did not go any further. On the iPhone XS Max it shows pairing with play2air. play2air also shows up under wifi and CarPlay on the iPhone. I tried to select the wifi but asked for a password that I do not have. Under CarPlay, it cannot be selected. Amazon product support was not helpful beyond what I could read in the manual. Only way to reach ViseeO tech support is from the web page. The web address mentioned in the product insert (vise.com) takes you to a Chinese web page. I found the viseeointernational.com address by scanning the QR code of the product insert and sent support request. 24 hours later I got a reply with six questions many of which I had already answered in the first contact. I provided all the information they asked for. Another day later, I have not received a response fro ViseeO. I will wait one for day and if I don't hear from them, I plan to return this.

This adapter worked perfectly for wireless CarPlay connectivity in the GLC300 with the new MBUX system and USB-C port. It takes about 30 seconds to a minute to load up when you first get in the car, but it really beats connecting a cable each time. All functions work (trackpad, steering wheel controls, and touch screen) and the interface responds just as fast as connecting via cable. Video quality looks perfect - if you are looking for a solution for your MBUX Mercedes with USB-C port for CarPlay, this is it!

Device does respond properly I have click twice to change a track or turn volume up/down. I requested support/update from official website but the company excuse was that the Car is already listed and that there are only three Cars same as mine in Taiwan. I don’t know what this have to do with an update to fix a problem. Im very disappointed.not recommended to purchase

For my 2019 MX-5 the, Bovee Play2air WCP1000, just plain worked where other brands didn’t. So far, I’ve used it for about 3 hours. In my opinion, the connection speed, from ignition on to using Carplay is quick enough at about 50 seconds. And, there hasn’t been any dropouts, reboots or noticeable slowness in the connection.Overall, for me it works and works well.

Works fine for my 2021 Forester Sport. Good price. The main reason I bought this is its small size. Connects quickly, and has easy to see signal status illumination.

Used with Mercedes 2021 GLE. It did work straight out of the box. No issues with reconnecting each time you get into the car.

Tried all the tricks in the world even replaced the piece actual twice, factory reset my infotainment, and 1000 other things but it did not budge on my 2021 Acura RDX. The seller should not advertise the "plug and play" as it is not.

It takes a pretty long time to connect. And always disconnect when the rear camera is activated on reverse.Mercedes CLS 2020

Don’t waste your money. Takes 1 minute to boot. Wireless is sketchy and inconsistent.

Bovee had issues with playing both channels (balance) and one side was much quieter than the other. I spent some time trying to trouble shoot and then it stoped working altogether. Contacted support and was declined a repair or replacement as it was just days out of warrantee. Not you can purchase this product online elsewhere with a full 1 year warrantee and cheaper so I suggest you avoid this seller altogether as they only back their product for a very short time and as per reviews many people have issues with it
