Not gonna lie I was a bit worried about how good this would be or if it would work. I was also concerned that it was coming from China which means they would irradiate it and that would destroy important nutrients. Well I am impressed. The package arrived over a week and a half early. When I opened the package it was covered in aluminum foil. I was so happy because this protects it from being irradiated! So bonus points there. Now I have only taken this twice so far, but I felt way more level and balanced emotionally. Which I didn't expect to happen so quickly. I will say that I am 36, I did not take the recommended dose. I only took a quarter of a teaspoon because I like to ease into anything new I am taking. I really didn't expect to feel anything immediately but I did. My hormones have been all over the place so I am hoping this will help balance things out. The fact that it is already affecting me positively with my moods is a good sign!! Does have a stinky scent . Taste isn't good that's why I use in my coffee. Only use less than a teaspoon in flavored coffee . Highly recommend this companies product.
