How to wreck your coffee maker
What you will appreciate about this product:1. The measurement for each application is simplified by marking on the bottle. No guesswork.2. Scale buildup in water reservoir was immediately dissolved after pouring in; therefore, I had confidence it worked on internal, unseen components, too.3. No residual smell or taste after flushing with clean water a few times.4. Follow up email that showed commitment to customer service, a rare quality nowadays.

This worked well.
I noticed my coffee stopped tasting as good. There was something wrong. In a year of using my coffee maker i had never cleaned it out.It gets moderate daily use. Somewhere around 15-20 cups a day so its never just sitting.I did some investigation and found out i was supposed to be cleaning it regularly.I dumped in an entire bottle instead of half and let it sit inside the lines for 30 minutes.Flushed the system heavily and had a lot of build up come out.Very happy i did it and that this product actually worked.Would recommend.

Horrible Product (Updated)
"As promised I am updating my review to reflect my feelings after trying the replacement product sent by the seller". I was finally able to run the descaling program on my Nespresso and give the bottle another shot and I was pleasantly surprised. The product worked exactly as I expected and without any issues. I now recommend the product, and more importantly the seller."I am updating my review because the seller reached out to me immediately to rectify the situation, I have a new set of solutions coming my way and if they work then I will update my rating and the review accordingly". That is only fair, things do happen and what matters is the seller works to make it better.I have used another de-scaler for the last year and when it came time to purchase more I thought I would give this a try, made in the USA and all. Horrible mistake. When I opened the bottles neither were sealed and I have now done 4 full rounds with both bottles on my Nespresso and it doesn't get past the descaling warning. In fact after this last round it went from the warning to the "not able to use red mode". I am now without my coffee maker and have to order the other product and wait a few days. Bummed it didn't work... even a little bit

Easy to Use
I have been told that I need to use a product like this. I was unsure about the difference I would see in the quality of the coffee. After using the product, I could tell right away. It was easy to use and the instructions were easy to follow.

keurig descaler
I did not buy a refrigerator filter as you stated in your email to me. I emailed your company to get clarification on your product's use and the email was returned saying it was not a valid email! Anyhow, there are differing opinions about where the 'water reservoir' is that needs to be emptied. Keurig calls the internal reservoir the water reservoir while my friends state it is where we add water to make a cup of coffee. It is an involved process to empty the internal reservoir so I added it to the external one. A good hint would have been to do what I did- I added a drop of food coloring to the water so I knew when I had used all the descaled water up. To tell you the truth, i didn't see much of a difference in the water flow after using it. Maybe I should do it twice? I did try to descale it with vinegar a few months ago but again, saw little improvement. Maybe it is my keurig...
