L’article livré correspond uniquement au premier carton visible sur la seconde photo, et qui ne comprends donc qu’une pauvre carafe sans aucune cartouche !! Presque 50€ pour une carafe en plastique inopérante : une vrai tromperieQuand est ce qu’Amazon va enfin corriger sa description ET mettre à jour le prix, ou se decider à enfin livrer l’article décrit !!

Bella caraffa, buona l acqua
Bella caraffa filtrante, nn ho trovato nessun difetto. Il materiale sembra buono, lo stile con il datario x ricordare quando va cambiato il filtro, che si inserisce comodamente. L acqua depurata ha un ottimo sapore, leggera, poi arricchita al magnesio bere fa doppiamente bene alla salute.. La consiglio!

Ordered the BWT filter jug with 6 filters included ... Which I believed anyway. Only the jug without any filters came, but it was the correct jug though. However, chatted with the support and it was really straight forward and no issues to get a prepaid return label.
