OK, sort of.
Considering Partsam's poor reputation, I bought these as they were the only option. Reviewers complained about water intrusion and one said it was where the wires entered the fixture. So I gooped them up pretty well with silicone seal. I installed one side and everything worked, but the LEDs are not very bright by today's standards. If the sun were shining on them, the vehicle behind would never see the light. I will keep them until they fail, but Partsam's reputation for doing things half way is still intact.

Great Product, but need improvement
Its a great product for what it's worth. Folks complained about water inside? true because if you look on the back where wires come out, there is no seal. This is where Manufacturer should spend few bucks and make it waterproof. I ended up using black caulking seal and its sealed now. I studied the connections and wow, it works like a charm. I had to drill two holes on my ROLA Cargo Carrier to install it into the slots, I also used rivet connection as suppose to use screws provided. Made it fool proof.lets see how these last. all lights work as intended, indicators, tail, and break. Only wish that break light would have more intensity as suppose to have yellow and red light up.

Bright led’s
Made custom tail lights for my Jeep buggy. These are bright my only complaint would be with the wiring. Needs a little more length and a thicker gauge wire. But in all I’m happy with them. We will see how long they last on the trails.
