The foot pads really do work. When you remove them, you can see all the toxins that your body releases while you sleep. I look forward to the day that I remove one and is clear. They may smell bad when you remove them after you have had them on. Would recommend them!

Could be a little placebo effect but I'll take it. 100 patches will last 50 days at reasonable cost. Easy to apply with only downside being some adhesive residue left upon removal.

Work great! The only thing that seemed to help when I was struggling with head pain. I had a lot of toxins in my body. There has been tines where I missed a night or two and that next day I would have a headache. Extremely helpful.Thinking about detoxing again as it has been a year and a half since I last used them.

I like that everything was explained easily so I could use the pads. The pads were easy to put on my feet, although when i put socks on over the pads the tape would roll up on me.

If you Google "what's secreted when the body sweats" you will learn that the body does in fact secret small amounts of toxins and one of the highest concentrations of sweat glands is on your feet.What this product does is cause your feet to sweat. Only sweat comes out. Nothing black comes out of your feet. The black color that appears on the pads is the result of the pads ingredients interacting with moisture. If you look at the side of the box it contains charcoal. The pad comes in two parts the active pad and the adhesive sticker. The pad says which side to apply to the sticker. Line it up in the center and then line it up with the arch, center of your foot. It doesn't have to be perfect, just leave room around the edges for the sticker to attach to your feet.The pads cause the feet to sweat, which is what they advertise, not in so many words.I used these types of pads years ago. I just tried this brand last night for the first time. I woke up with sweaty feet, removed the pads which had turned color from the sweat and wiped my feet off. I slept great for the first time in weeks. Coincidence? Maybe, but I'll take it. I'll try and update again in a week.

The foot pads themselves do a fine job of helping me sleep. However, the adhesive pads that come with them are terrible. They tend to pull your skin off when removed, and leave a great deal of adhesive residue on your feet, which is why I gave them a 4. Because of this, I'll go back to a previous brand, where these issues were not a problem.
