ATOM BELLS powder coat cast iron kettlebell - standard size, professional grade

This kettlebell is easy to hold with confidence, the handle is right size/thickness and is neither too smooth nor too abrasive. The overall size and shape of the weight is good and the kettlebell rests comfortable on the forearm when you lift it. As it tends to be, one side has a flat area where the weight is stamped (why the kettlebell manufacturers insist on doing this?!!) and depending on how you hold the weight, the edge of that flat area might feel uncomfortable, but the other side is spherical and it is best to rest the forearm against that side for snatches or shoulder presses. The packaging (or handling by the courier) could be better as mine arrived with a couple of scratches but that does not really matter. Overall, a very nice weight to exercise with.
