Good product. Exceptional Service!
The water dispenser is great. Set up was not too difficult. A good value for the product.What is exceptional though is the service MOJO Water provides. I had an issue where the "filter cap" (the component into which the water filter screws into) became inexplicably clogged. I explained the situation over email to guys at MOJO Water over a holiday weekend, detailing my investigative results. Not expecting any sort of response for at least a few days, I was surprised to receive a response in less than an hour. After short email dialog, the customer service representative volunteered a replacement cap and new filter. Again, this was over the July 4th weekend.If you're in the market for a water filter or dispenser, buy from these guys. They will take care of you even after the sale is made.
