Very good overall screen, particularly for the price.
This is a beautiful projector screen. It was relatively easy and straightforward to assemble. The gray screen material improved black levels but isn’t going to do wonders in regular lighting. In other words, don’t expect black diamond type of performance. But, in a fairly dark room, the PQ is outstanding. The overall quality is high, though I agree you need to watch the edges and sand off the sharp corners so it won’t accidentally cut the screen material.A couple of tips:1. Instructions for the 135” screen calls for a certain number of nubs to be installed. Instructions were wrong - you needed 2 more than was indicated for top and bottom. To be safe, count the number of gaps on the top and bottom of the screen material and you will know exactly how many you need to install.2. Yes, it does get progressively more difficult to pull and install the screen material onto the nubs. Mine did not come with any tool. However, I just used a thin Allen wrench and first inserted it thru the hole in the screen, then braced against the aluminum edge/gap on the frame and pushed a bit to get the screen onto the nubs. It’s very similar to installing a bicycle tire with a tire iron. Using any tool that fits thru the holes in the material but is strong enough to allow you to apply leverage and the install is very straightforward.3. As you get to the corners, before you pull the screen material onto the nubs, smooth out the front of the screen a bit. This will prevent wrinkles from appearing, which typically happen at the four corners.4. I went with borderless. When you don’t install the thin bezel, the clamps that fit at the bottom of the screen aren’t used as they won’t have anything to clamp onto. I just installed the top brackets on the wall and hung the screen on the wall, then used a couple of pieces of foam from the box to space out the bottom about 1/2” so that the screen sits perfectly vertical.

Poor quality control - But Great Support
Don't do what I did and wait too long to install this screen (missing your return window).I'm disappointed in the quality control as one of my frames doesn't even have holes in it to join with the joint bar. Gives you a sick feeling in your stomach when you spend this much on a screen.I'm attempting to contact the manufacturer, I'll update the review after.*****Update 8/29/2020 - Changing from 1 star to 4 starsI'm late updating this review but wanted to add additional details. After contacting the company, I offered to drill these holes myself provided it would not void any warranty. Their timely response in summary was "We will still stand behind the product". I ended up drilling the holes and was able to assemble the frame. They also gave me a 10% refund on the cost of the screen for my trouble.Further into the install, I ran into massive issues trying to stretch the screen fabric over the frame (to the point that I ended up breaking two of the tension rods This fabric simply would not stretch enough to properly use the tension rods. They also did not provide the pull hook rod tool that was mentioned in the instructions. The company quickly sent me new replacement tension rods, new fabric that appropriately stretches, and the pull hook tool.I am upgrading this review to 4 stars solely based on what I feel was excellent customer service and support. The product had its problems, but I could not have asked for better resolution efforts for my issues.

Good screen for the money
I felt this screen was relatively easy to assemble, but did take some time - so be prepared to spend a few hours on it. The instructions for how/where to place the bottom brackets were not ideal. After assembling the screen, but before hanging it, I found that the material wasn't stretched enough. After putting it onto the wall, I was able to use the bottom brackets to get a little extra stretch onto the screen. The final result was great, even if it did take a little extra fineness. Also, I have a black painted wall with speakers behind the screen, so I didn't use the black back material. I can occasionally get a reflection off of the tweeters of my speakers, but in general, I don't see any reflections as a result of the black wall. If I had to do it all again, I would probably try to get a little extra stretch from the frame while assembling the frame by pushing the frame apart slightly before putting the screen material on.

Pricey compared to others models
Purchased this product and upon arrival the box was missing a few pieces that connected the center bars. I contacted Silver ticket right away via FB messenger and they shipped out replacement pieces via FedEx. Once i got everything together i noticed that one of the center pieces that join together sat a tad higher then the other piece. Installed the screen and once i got everything together i noticed a slight tear in the screen where the sharp center edge cut the screen. Once again contact ST and they are sending me a new screen and some tabs that are similar to the corner ones that keep the pieces aligned. Hopefully this fixes everything. Other than the minor issues i have had, ST CSR has been great, the screen is very heavy duty and the upper and lower mounts keep the screen solid on the wall. One thing i recommend is to put some felt tape over the top mounts so that the bass does not rattle the screen when it hangs. I am using the Cinewhite screen with an Jvc NX5Update:On my 3rd screen and they all have wrinkles. manufacture suggest warning and letting cool to remove wrinkles. Helped a little, but still there. CSR has been good, just wish products would show up without issues.
