ProThotics Pressure Relief Diabetic Insoles (B / Men 5-6.5 / Women 7-8.5)

These insoles are AWESOME!
I have plantar fasciitis in my right heel and have been through many sets of quite expensive orthotic insoles trying to find relief. The problem I found with a lot of them was that the arch part was too rigid and would not conform to the shape of my foot from heel to arch, or that the heel cup was not a good fit.I have narrow feet, and hyper-flexible joints, so I need something that does not restrict movement or cause my heel to slip around on it.These insoles do not have the rigid insert that "forces" your arch to stay at a specific height. Instead, they have a pillowlike arch support that fits in your arch perfectly and allows freedom of movement and flexibility. The heel pressure point is comprised of a nice shock absorbant high quality material that gives extra protection for the heel.I found these to be well constructed, with a soft, nonslip footbed that feels more like moleskin or very soft suede instead of a polyester or cloth material. The polyurethane material is high quality and molded perfectly to fit the shoe and your foot shape and is very comfortable fitting.I purchased the B- Wm (7-8.5) - Mn (5-6.5), which fit inside of my 7.5 New Balance sneakers perfectly without any trimming. I have also found this to be a plus- this means that the arch is based on the specific close size range, and not a "average" for the wide range of sizes. As for the pain in my heel, the first day was avbout the same amount of pain that I had been having as I was getting used to the feel of them. I did notice that my feet were not nearly as tired at the end of the day. The second day, I began to notice that walking on that heel was less difficult and the pain was starting to diminish a little. Today is the fourth day in, and I am very impressed! Although I still have some discomfort, it is no where near the amount of pain I had been experienceing. All in all, I would say that these inserts have reduced my pain by at least 70% in the first four days, which is the most pain free I have been in a long time.I am very happy with this purchase, and will definitely be ordering another pair for my boots and other sneakers!

Excellent design and very comfortable
This is my second order for these supports. I want to have a spare and perhaps to wear them in different shoes. They are well made, and the arch/metatarsal raise is graduated around the edges so you don't feel as if something is sticking into your foot. After wearing them in running shoes (which I wear most of the time),. for two weeks, most of the pain in my feet has been relieved. I did start by wearing them only an hour, then two, etc. a day although they're so comfortable that I was tempted to ignore that sage advice. I've worn cirrhotics for over 20 years and most that were made specifically for my foot didn't feel so "right" as soon as I put them on.They are very impressive and for the price, extremely impressive. If the orthotist who designed these were in a private practice I would definitely go see the person.

Best so far!
I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot. So far these insoles have worked better than others I have tried. I would most likely purchase them again.

Not a notable difference
The directions indicate removing the original insert in the shoe and replacing with this purchased one. I did and did not find any difference in the feel/comfort. They are not a bad product but it did nothing for my foot pain.

Seems okay so far I have arthritis in both feet, knees, hip and spine so I walk off balance. I needed more cushioning at the ball and sides of the feet.

Extremely comfortable. Seem to last at least a year or two and then nude color layer may start to peel off but that seems reasonable. They are probably compressed by then anyway.
