I’ve owned a few headsets in my time, namely turtle beaches but this is by far the best headset I’ve owned! The sound quality is so clear, volume can be turned up to painfully high volumes, bass is good, surround sound is great, my friends spectating me on call of duty and other shooters are often bewildered as to how I knew an enemy was behind me or coming round the corner when I’m reality this headset makes hearing footsteps so easy!The mic is really clear and the separate mute button as well as flipping the mic up itself to mute is really handy, as well as the fact that it is synced up to the mute button on the PS5 controller is really helpful.Overall I really would recommend this product if you’re looking for a high quality and durable wireless headset.Im struggling thinking of drawbacks, it’s not really an issue but I guess some may find it annoying that you have to plug a usb dongle into the ps5 to be able to connect to the headset, but once it’s in I haven’t thought about it once.

I'm giving my opinion based on using them on the PS5. They work with PS4 & PC too or xbox if you buy the correct version (green). Soo:-I'm going to start by saying my overall experience in a large paragraph before I go into detail, well; I really like their audio, they sound really good for the price and definitely better than the Astro A10s! The mic quality I think is a little downgrade compared to A10s but my friends got used to it by one session of gaming so now it's fine, but it picks up more background audio than the A10s did for some reason. They are very comfortable, way more comfortable than the A10s BUT if you have a large head then they MIGHT be small for your head. So far I had one random moment when they just turned off and I had to turn them on and they worked fine so I'm not sure what happend there, maybe a glitch? Maybe it lost connection? I'm not sure, I will update ABOVE with date of update if any other issues occur but apart from this, I'd definitely recommend them.-This is key, they have 3 audio pre-sets (EQs) than you can switch between using 1 button and the headset makes noise letting you know which EQ you are using. The EQs are:_(1/2/3 information provided by ASTRO GAMING WEBSITE)_1. ASTRO: Best mode for all gamers - tuned for gaming by ASTRO's audio experts. Precise bass for immersion. Balanced mids and highs for the optimal gaming audio experience._2. STUDIO: For music and movies. Neutral for accuracy across a range of media usages._3. PRO: Ideal for streamers and pro gamers. Tuned towards mids and highs for precise details. Optimizes surround sound performance as too much bass can cause spatial distortion._When they are charing the orange light is blinking and when they are fully charged then the orange light is just on and isn't blinking anymore so it means they are fully charged. So far I didn't have them run out of battery. Apparently 15+ hours of battery life and it true so far.-They don't cancel much noise meaning you will be able to hear stuff in real life around you and people around you might hear audio from your headset!-They are super light on your head which feels amazing and the ear cups are bigger than A10s so your ears fit inside comfortably!-Disadvantage of them on PS4/PS5 would be that the Game/Voice buttons are pretty much useless as they don't do anything because they are only compatible with XBOX and PC.-Again I recommend getting these or if you are not in a hurry for a new headset then wait for Astro to drop GEN 5 of A40s/A50s that will be native to PS5 & XSX and buy them, but they will release probably next year.-Oh and yea they connect via usb thing so plug it into your console and pres the button on it so it's blue for PlayStation and you are ready to game! I'm a gamer who has tested and used many headsets and my review is based on that fact as well as other facts.The Astro A20 Gen 2 is simply an amazing headset for the price. The performance definitely punches above it's price.The only reason I gave it a 4 Star is because whilst I knew the game/voice balance is not supported, it still would have been good to have it and they've included the buttons for it, but just not supported. But I think that's not Astro's fault and more to do with Sony Playstation.The Great:The sound quality is exactly what you would expect from an Astro headset. I previously had the A50's which costs 3 times more than the A20. I went through 2 A50's. First one broke and the other had glitches. Sounded great. And I've also tried over 30 different headsets. You name it, I've tried them all. The A20's with the new Astro Audio V2 is simply amazing. There is no Astro command centre software compatibility for the new A20, but you really don't need it.I sort of do scientific tests when trying headsets on Call of Duty Warzone and here are the details.Sound Quality Overall:Very smooth, not harsh at all even at max volume and perfect clarity and detail. Nice bass (not too much), good kids and very detailed highs.Footsteps of enemies can be heard from about 34 metres away and clear, and closer they get, louder and more crisp the footsteps sound. In buildings when enemies are on wooden floor, you can hear those thumping footsteps when approaching or in the building yourself.Imaging/direction/positional audio is perfect. Not just left or right, but also verticality and even precise forward left or back right. It really is that good.Max volume is also very good. Definitely louder than the previous gen A20 and as loud as the A50. Not deafening, but still very loud.3 EQ presets to choose from at a press of a button. Astro, Pro and Signature. For clear footsteps use the Astro or Pro, but Astro one is better.Comfort:Amazing velour earcups that make you want to wear these forever. It actually has real dense memory inside, compared to the A50 which has normal foam.Conclusion:Don't be fooled into buying headsets that cost £200 or even £300. The A20 Gen 2 does exactly everything those expensive headsets do and compared to some even better. I don't know if Astro knew they were going to develop the A20's this good or if it was an accident, but they sure are amazing.Battery life also is decent at 15+ hours depending on how loud you listen to them.Overall I highly recommend this headset.

Lighter than my previous ones(a10's) wireless is a bonus and good sound quality, battery will last 2 3 days

Firstly they sound great on ps5. I've had these over a year now and they are still like new. Because the sponge on the ear bit is fabric it hasn't degraded like others I've had which have a leather look. Battery life is good too, I can go all day gaming and not have to worry about charging.

Absolute travesty of a support of automated answers and ignored messages, overpriced for what you get and software doesn't work so enjoy your outdated headphones. On top of this, whenever you run low on battery they scream in your ear to an extent which actually hurts to hear.

Ich hab länger mit mir gehadert, ob ich das Headset bestelle, weil es j doch auch viele günstigere Alternativen gibt. Allerdings muss ich im Nachhinein sagen, dass ich keinen Cent vermisse. Das Headset ist unfassbar angenehm zu tragen, auch wenn man es mehrere Stunden trägt. Es ist außerdem sehr flexibel, passt sich also auch super jedem Kopf an. Die Kabelfreiheit ist ein großes Plus und eine Ladung hält gefühlt ewig! Ich bin total begeistert. Sieht schön aus, trägt sich angenehm, Sound und Mikrofonübertragung sind top! Es ist aufjedenfall das beste Headset, das ich jemals genutzt habe. Ich werde, sollte dieses irgendwann den Geist aufgeben, vermutlich auf das Nachfolgemodell oder eines der größeren Umsteigen. Astro macht hier einen super Job.

Cercavo da almeno un paio di anni delle cuffie ottime, a buon prezzo e facili da usare e sopratutto che con un gesto mi permettessero di mutare la live quando i miei bambini giocano. Dopo centinaia di euro spesi dietro a cuffie da poco, parlando con un amico streamer, mi ha nominato le astro e aspettavo da diversi mesi il momento giusto per acquistarle. Inizialmente ero decisa per le astro50 ma il prezzo superava decisamente il budget. E controllando tra le varie possibilità ho visto che le Astro20 si avvicinavano molto alle Astro50. Già la presentazione della scatola mi ha fatto brillare gli occhi. All'apertura non vi dico. Prodotto di ottima qualità in ogni sua parte. I padiglioni morbidi coprono tutto l'orecchio isolando da suoni esterni. Lo stile delle cuffie è stupendo. Il suono perfetto, forse il volume un pò basso ma ho risolto aumentando dal programma utilizzato per le stream. Ho avuto difficoltà a riprodurre la musica inizialmente ma provando ho capito come con un click posso attivarle senza diventare pazza. Sicuramente acquisterò anche le Astro50. Non posso che consigliare l'acquisto di questo fantastico prodotto!

Ich hab mir das ASTRO A20 gekauft weil mein altes Headset den Geist aufgegeben hat.ich bin davon begeistert. Der Klang ist super und auch das Design hat für mich den Kaufausschlag gegeben. Wenn man nicht ein super teures Headset kaufen möchte dann wäre dies eine sehr gute Alternative.Es ist ohne lästiges Kabel und das Mirkofon kann man nach oben klappen wenn man mal keine Lust auf reden während des zockens hat.Ich geb dafür ne klare Kaufempfehlung
