So many items I ordered before Christmas arrived after New Years.....ordered this December 25th and it arrived before New Years eve....I really appreciated that. I was able to fix my niece's tablet before the Holiday vacation ended.The tools work great, and includes everything yo need to do a simple screen repair/basic part change on most tablets and smartphones.

The plastic spreader didn't really hold up but it did get it open but it is a one time shot

I gave this product 5 stars because it delivered on time, and I did exactly what I ordered it for (to repair my galaxy note). The product did not come apart like the other reviews said. It is a sturdy plastic from what I can tell by use. I don't dislike a thing. If I had to but another repair kit, this would be it.

The three blue plastic tools in this kit, the so called "Safe Open" tools used to crack open iPod and Zune cases, were all made of very very low quality plastic. All three tools broke, split, or chipped in some fashion that made them unusable within minutes of starting the project.I was working on a zune 120gb and these tools failed completely.

I bought this for a friend who is a eleltronics tech who cracked open my original kindle to fix a faulty USB port, and it worked great. Since the USB ports seem to be a failure point for kindles amazon should look at a redesign of the port.

The plastic "pry" bars on this are ONE use only. They break and wear down EXTREMELY easy. The torx and phillips drivers work as intended, but I was disappointed in the plastic tools. WIth that said, for the price it was still worth the purchase.

This is the most diverse kit I have ordered, with it having a T5 and T6 Hex, a Pentalobe, and Phillips screwdriver. The pry tools are decent, though a little soft. When trying to open a iPod Nano, the smaller pry tool bent, and flared out making it unusable. Otherwise, it ain't a bad deal if you need a quick kit to open one or two devices.
