Soft on the eyes, but bright natural lighting amplifies true colors and does not cause eye fatigue or burning from the brightness. The only downside is the clam is slightly large and requires a smooth flat surface to clamp onto. So if you have a desk that does not have an edge wide enough to clamp onto, you will need to find an alternate surface to mount the stabilizing clamp. I used the side of a shelf mounted to a wall above my desk to mount the clamp. Because the arm is adjustable and the lamp rotates 180 degrees, I am able to get the benefits of using this lamp. Thus, I am getting what is advertised - it saved me space -it is a high-quality bright true to color lighting to illuminate a very large work area on my desk, uses very low, energy-saving LED lights, and is completely adjustable making it a very versatile and useful accessory for my desk. I just wish the arm was longer and came with a wall-mountable bracket.

I have been trying to find the right solution to lighting a basement home office and this seems to do the trick. Because of the way my desk is situated, I have a standing light on the left but nothing to light the right side and have gone through two other types of lamps before finding this one. This is small and unobtrusive enough to take up very little space. The light is bright and can also be adjusted to softer settings when using Zoom. Super easy to assemble and move if necessary. The part of the frame that is the actual light swivels 360 degrees so it can be adjusted to accommodate multiple uses. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Garbage. Or garbagé if you're fancy.Bought to use with assembly of puzzles. Purchased it in February and of course the return window has closed and the lamp has now decided to only do 1 (weak) brightness and no changing the color. The lamp also does not shut off with the buttons. No longer need weak illumination? Unplug it. I thought the versatility of the long bendable arm would offer great range and it did. The clamp also offered great stability. It just doesn't light up my life. Scrap yard here we come.

Decent task laml. Not as bright as a charcoal, portrait artist, painting, or even model cars would like it to be. Nut its design and wualoty are pretty superb. I dont see that often.. wouldntrecommened. I may buy another one for on my nightstand. The clamp.base is awesome.EDIT: they wouldnt give me another ten dollar gift card if I left a five star review. Because this is my second lamp in almost six months!? In that time, it's not stopped working. Completely. At first, the buttons on the cord was messed up and not illuminating correctly, (right out of the box!) So my original five star was a lie honestly. It's not bright enough, and now, just now, it wont turn on at all. There is litteraly nowhere to buy this same lamp arm design with a stronger, brighter, led light. I'm going to take this apart and make my own.

I've been searching for lighting that would work in my dark closet. I have rope lights along the sides and top of one closet, and it works, but I wanted something I could maneuver. This works perfectly. It's attached to the shelf just above the clothes rod, so it lights the top shelves as well as the clothes. The power switch is on the cord at the perfect height for me to reach. So far, it's very stable. It has very easy to use temperature and brightness levels, so there's a range of bright to dim and white to warm to choose from. The lamp is adjustable up and down and side to side, so directing the light is easy. I'm happy with it.

Loved this lamp. Easy to setup. I like that it works with a USB cable and you can either plug it in the wall with the adapter that comes included or just connect it to a USB-HUB or your laptop. Lamp gives out a great amount of light and the intensity can also can be adjusted. It has 3 color modes (Bluish, yellowish and white). I particularly thank this feature since I can adjust color temperature to reduce eye strain when I stay up late doing some work on my desk. It's a great value for the money. It is light, but it feels well built at the same time. Really good product.

Couldn't be happier with this clamping desk/workbench LED light. Setup was straightforward and simple to install, the multiple brightness settings was a pleasant surprise (not to mention the warm, daylight, and bright white settings, and it barely draws any power from the charging block (provided with the product).Additionally, since this lamp's power connection is a male USB-A, you can theoretically use it with automotive applications (inside your car, RV, camper, etc). The control module that runs in-line with the power cord provides a handy way to control the LED lamp, all at your fingertips.Again, couldn't be happier with this purchase (actually, I bought another one because I liked it so much).

This was just what I needed. Plenty of choices of different light (3 different shades of light from soft to bright) as well as multiple intensities for each. Arm is very flexible to place light where you need it. In my installation the buttons to change brightness and tone are a bit of a reach, would rather have them accessible from the actual light head unit. Would buy again very useful for many applications. Also very affordable. Over all a very good product.
