I was very disappointed to find this product damaged upon arrival. Given the price point I expected a little better quality.

Bought this for a gift for my sister for her baby shower. It arrived late, was broken and missing pieces. I had to return and find a replacement in 24 hours. It was disappointing to say the least.

The product arrived damaged even though the packaging was fine. The quality wasn’t that great...looked better in the photo.

I ordered this for my upcoming wedding. We are having a smaller affair and I didn’t want a guest book I’ll never look at again. I saw this and thought how perfect! The frame itself is very pretty and sturdy. The hearts look to be good quality as well. My only complaint is the sign that comes with it. The legs that hold the sign are lacking, they fall off if you look at it funny. I plan to hot glue them on. Otherwise everything is just as described! Very happy with my purchase.On a side note, if you don’t want the background that comes with the frame and live in the US, Walgreens sells adhesive posters that fit the frame.

The product is nice. But quality is fair. I purchased this item for our wedding in a few weeks. The card had faded font, so it cannot be used. Somewhat disappointed with quality of this product.I ordered this for my wedding. Had to special order the 11x14 mentioned on the website. Does not fit. Highly disappointed. Won’t be using this for my upcoming wedding.
