Great shake!
The chocolate and banana flavor tastes really good. Only 200 calories per bottle. Great as a meal replacement and energy booster before or after a workout.

Grenade banana protein drink
These surprised me, I’ve never had them before or any protein drink as I usually have the bars. But these tasted really good. Didn’t leave a after taste and have a good 25g of protein. The only draw backs are that they are higher in sugar than the bars and are quite expensive. But they are a great product!!

Good taste, a bit pricey for every day drinking
Taste wise it is one of the best proteins out there. It has a decent amount of protein (25g) and not having to do the mixing yourself can be quite handy. It is a bit expensive if you plan on drinking it every day, so I usually only do it on certain days a week and use the powder one on the others.
