Great rack for the money.
This is not a bad wall rack I got 2 and I would buy again. Saw a few comments about not having room for wires or smushing them in. The inside rack is adjustable so I mounted mine 4 spaces back and have plenty of room for cables from switch to patch panel and plenty of room in back for power. I installed a UPS, Ubiquiti 24 port switch , and security gateway. No issues.

Nice Product, STELLAR Packaging
This is a very nice quality rack. The steel is all respectably heavy, and there's no plastic for anything structural. The black finish is attractive and even. The design is very conventional and very versatile, with removable passthroughs allowing for cabling through the top or bottom, and tool-less openings on three sides. The front door is reversible. It's all quite simple but also solid. Altogether, it is a nice package. Assembly is easy and painless, assuming you are are remotely mechanically inclined. The instructions are illustrated clearly and seem to be written by a native English speaker. All that is required is a 5mm hex wrench (a poor but serviceable example is included) and a Philips screwdriver.Where this product really differentiates itself from other racks products is the packaging. The packaging is absolutely exquisite, as good as any product I have ever received. Packaging is normally irrelevant to the actual product, except that server racks are notorious for getting damaged in transit. NavePoint has gone above and beyond to mitigate this. The outer box of mine arrived absolutely destroyed by the usual FedEx shenanigans, literally shredded clean open. Yet the product inside was undamaged, because solid blocks of open cell foam filled every possible void, and redundant layers of heavy-gauge cardboard covered all the panels. Ample use of cut foam blocks not only meant the product arrived undamaged, but also that unpacking did not make an awful mess. Fasteners came in a separate box, sorted by application, each in a labeled ziplock bag. The instructions came flat, in a 3-ring binder sheet protector. A sheet protector!!! I am just awed at how far this manufacturer went to cross the t's and dot the i's with this product. It's as though they actually care about the impression they make on a customer. Imagine that. The only weakness here is the wall mount provision. The included wall mount bracket feels inadequate. It is a stamped piece of what appears to be 14 gauge steel. Perhaps this is engineered to take it, but personally, I would not want to hang 100+ lb of very costly equipment off a couple little tabs on a piece of 14 gauge plate. If your intended application is wall-mounting this loaded up, you might consider coming up with a more robust mounting solution.Overall, five stars all the way, NavePoint did a great job with this product, and I think it offers an excellent value.

Exposed Live Wire Solved
The Short: EXCELLENT quality and build. Looks great. easy to assemble. Fans are powerful and blows OUT.The Long:Reading other reviews and watching a customer video, led me to think I needed to address the exposed live fan wires first before assembly. So I got my electrical tape, heat shrink and hobby knife and I was then pleasantly surprised that the exposed wires are not an issue anymore. They seem to have solved it by removing the block and shrink wrapping the wires. The instructions are clear, except for a diagram mistake on page 3. It specifically called out "Be sure that the slots in the center of the frames are facing inward as shown below." Even though the front and rear frame did not come with center holes. I was seriously confused for several 10s of minutes as I was looking at my frames which had the slots near the top and bottom and was wondering if I had the wrong frames. It turned out the newer side doors had their latches near the top. So tip, just face the slots inward. My bottom plate had its right edge bent in that prevented the insertion of the rear frames. I needed to use two pieces of wood and creative angling to bend it back out. It was impossible to do this by hand. Bent parts from shipping seems to plague this product. I would definitely recommend to buffer about an hour figuring how to bend stuff back into shape into your assembly time. If it was not for the bent part assembly only took 15 / 20 minutes.Still 5 stars and I will definitely recommend and buy again.

Awesome product and features for the Price!
I ordered this product for home use. When assembling I recommend having a small level or square and lose fitting all nuts and bolts. Make sure the cabinet is square before tightening or the door won't line up correctly. The rail support brackets used between the front and rear rack mount rails of the cabinet aren't long enough if you set the spacing far apart, not a big deal at all, just something to note. I took my time assembling and spent about an hours worth of time to do it.This unit came with fans and they circulate air great! however they are very loud for use in a home environment and I am not using them at this time. The unit also came with additional clips and screws to start mounting equipment right away which was nice!Wall mounting the cabinet was a breeze with the mounting solution provided, again make sure the bracket is level. My personal opinion about potential product improvement below; The only improvement I would suggest for this product is to have a complete steel door frame to hold the sheet of glass. I plan to swap out the sheet of glass for some plexiglass with screws. The NavePoint Logo is also painted on the glass, if you decided to have the door open from the right side the logo will be upside down, it cleans off easy with a little bit of elbow grease. They should include a sticker to be applied and save money on painting the glass since they don't know which way the door will need to swing.

Great network rack
This review is for the 9U rack. Went together pretty easy. Took about 30 minutes. I like the way the pieces just fit together so you know you had them in the right place. Got it mounted on a plywood board on the wall and am starting to load it up with my networking equipment. Quality built for the price and the fans are strong. I wouldn't recommend putting this in a place where noise from the fans and equipment are going to be an issue. The fans are pretty loud because they are higher volume. This is not designed to mask the noise but mine will be in a location where that will not matter anyway. This is my 3rd network rack made by Navepoint. Will definitely keep purchasing these.
