Finally found a home for my belts and ties. My favorite part is that this also serves as a shelf for my watches and stuff.Definitely worth it for the sake of organizing and making it easy to pick and choose a tie. I can finally enjoy my tie collection to the fullest now. Not to mention it can help preserve the quality of your ties and avoid creasesEasy to install too, just a couple minutes. I recommend using a level and making sure it is up high enough to make clearance for ties to hang and even higher if you plan to hang belts. Mine is like 5 feet off the ground so that the shelf is below eye level but still high enough for hanging belts.I also love the fresh cedar smell. In case anyone is concerned about the smell, I’d say it’s barely noticeable and you can only smell it if you really stick your nose to it. It won’t fragrance your room or closet (although personally I wish it would, but that’s not the purpose of this anyway)

Product seems reasonably stable (given that it'll hold ties and belts) and it looks decent; however, the wood joinery on this particular piece leaves something to be desired. Time will tell. Not sure it's worth the effort (for me personally) to return since it'll be buried in a closet. If I were going to position it more visibily, I'd likely return it.

I'm using this as a jewelry holder for necklaces and bracelets above my vanity. The top shelf works well as a perfume and nail polish storage area. The design is more adult, and more rustic than many of the other options I found that were marketed specifically as necklace holders. The color of the wood was less pink and more brown, but I get the idea that the color may vary due to the nature of the product. The shelf was easy to install with basic drywall anchors, but depending on the thickness of your drywall and the weight you intend for it to bear, you could even get away without the anchors (and I did, when I only used it for jewelry. I added anchors in the future installations when I started storing perfume and nail polish on the top.) Overall, I'm quite pleased with the functionality, size, and durability over the course of two different apartment moves.

Got this not knowing exactly where to put it in the closet, but knowing that i needed a different solution.I was a bit surprised at how nice it appeared to be out of the box. The spacing is great to keep the ties close together but not overlapping. The little recessed shelf is nice, but not terribly practical (I keep thinking that my cuff links are going to roll off).When it came to mounting I really didn't want to rill into the back of my closet door (turned out to be the ideal place) so I grabbed three pieces of double-stick foam tape and used that - not knowing exactly how it would hold up... Turns out it worked perfectly, and now I'm more confident about removing he double stick tape when we eventually move.So there you have it - practical and it looks nice. Would definitely buy it again.

I'm pretty happy with this thing. A previous reviewer had mentioned that there were some splinters, mine had a couple but nothing too bad, easily brushed off with just my fingers. Definitely no need to sand mine. From having worked with aromatic cedar in the past, it is a very dry and coarse wood that is difficult to kill without splintering so I think the finish is actually quite good for the material.I'm able to store 3 belts per hook for a total of 6 belts. All of my ties look nice and are out of the way. The only negative is that in order to have your ties at eye level. The shelf is above eye level so it's hard to see what's up there. Nice that they have milled a lip into the edge of the shelf to keep things from falling off though. I would recommend anything you put up there be in a box though so you can see it without having to blindly sweep your hand around for it.The other negative is that while it comes with screws, it does not come with Sheetrock screws or anchors. For something that's designed to go in a specific place in a closet, it's hard to line up exactly on a stud. Would like to have had more anchor holes or Sheetrock mounting stuff in the box.Overall though, the build quality is excellent and the price is good for what you get. Would definitely order again!

The title basically says it all. This thing looks awesome, smells awesome and works awesome (not that it performs some difficult and complicatied function - har har). The shelf is cool too - put cuff links, extra buttons and collar stays etc. on top. Came with really nice, brass screws as well. I put this in my closet and my closet smells so nice with pungent cedar aromas. The only thing you should be aware of is that this piece is pretty large. I mean, you HAVE to have a closet space where it will not just FIT but it will fit nicely, and with lots of room so you can easily access all your ties and stuff. I think this was QUITE reasonably priced too.

Love this tie rack. Researched several before I settled on this one. Very happy with this. The metal pegs are deep and smooth, which holds the ties perfectly. I previously had a wood peg rack and over time the pegs would sometimes snag on the ties. This is a huge improvement. The little shelf at the top is a nice add. Perfect for my cuff links which were previously thrown in a drawer. Highly recommend this item.

I have a lot of bowties and I kept getting frustrated with the tie hangers that hang on your closet bars, because they swing back and forth and the ties fall off and overall they just don't do a very good job. This is much more sturdy, because it actually screws into your wall. And it smells great, too! I love the cedar smell it adds to my closet, and the classic, understated appearance.Installation was very easy. All you need is an electric screwdriver or drill and a level. It took me all of 2 minutes.

This is a very well made product! Sturdy and of high quality - actually better than I expected and the smell of cedar is very nice. Holes are 16" so was able to secure to wall studs. Extremely pleased with purchase and highly recommend. Only took 3 days to receive.
