Seems to help
I added SystoZen and started a light regimen of cardio 3x a week. My BP numbers seem to be headed in the fright direction. I wanted to try this natural approach in lieu of an actual prescription pharmaceutical. So far so good.

doing this and other herbs like 'arjuna' and exercise/walking and very low salt intake,,and a lot of high potassium foods/juices and added magnesium at nite I was able to bring down my BP to a decent level in 130s someimtes 120s over 70s or low 80s from 175 over hi 80s,someimes 90s,,, im glad about that,,,..

Quickly improves circulation
I currently have high blood pressure which is controlled by medication. I bought this product mainly to help with my poor circulation and to help reduce my blood pressure numbers. I have been taking this for 5 days and noticed immediatly that my circulation was much better as my feet no longer swelled up. I have not taken my blood pressure yet but my circulation has greatly improved. I love this product and will continue to buy it.

Looks like it is working...
After two weeks taking 2 caps per day, my blood pressure starts stabilizing and after a month I noticed a little reduction. looks like it is working. For sure I will continue taking it.

I have been taking this for a few weeks now ...
I have been taking this for a few weeks now, along with other supplements. My systolic is a bit up (140), while my diastolic is down (75). Don't know why the upper number is high. I will keep taking and update later. Could I be sensitive to one of the ingredients?
