if u go karate, it is good. Not for outside much. go for other Van's

If you are expecting to be wide I suggest you buy it from a store so you can test it outI used it for days but didn't stretch out, my feet hurts every time I try it

I bought a 9.5 which I usually wear but they did seem a little smaller than my other Vans, possibly could have gotten a 10 and still been good
