Helps and easy to swallow
This Asbury Apothecary Biotin is great for my needs. I was offered this product at a discount in exchange for giving my honest unbiased feedback. I have all my life been a nailbiter (age 37) and just recently stopped, out of the blue, by keeping my hands busy. I have noticed that my hair and skin appear more hydrated, and my nails are strong. I can't say that this helped with my nails but I'm guessing that the knowledge that I could have nice nails and unfrizzy hair helped a lot. I take one of these softgels every morning with breakfast as it suggests you take it with a meal. They are easy to swallow and I haven't had any side effects. I would recommend this biotin to anyone in need of it.

Excellent product as promised by the seller
Recently my hair had become very dry and brittle and my skin very dry. What I have noticed is that my hair is much shinier and more supple. The less hair in my hairbrush is definitely a good sign that this biotin is working for me. My skin is a little softer and also became little oiler, Asbury Apothecary helped with dry skin and feels much more elastic.
