Una excelente compra, la verdad es que ya lo he usado algunas veces y esta super bien, no derrama el contenido y el tamaño esta perfecto, ademas en este color rojo la verdad se ve padrisimo, su material es de muy buena calidad, si me compraria otro igualito sin duda.Actualizacion 03/01/22Me gustó tanto que me compre una segunda pieza.

Nordic Ware wins again!!My wife makes AWESOME cheesecakes. Bar none, best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. And she treats us well and often...so much so the the ancient springform pan she brought into the marriage near 30 years ago was beginning to lose its coating and finish, and worse yet the spring isn’t holding. Bad combination.Did some AMAZON shopping, and TA-DA! Nordic Pro had this beauty to offer. Red finish matches many of her kitchen items, and Nordic Pro’s expected quality is evident just in the feel of this pan. She especially loves the lip or spline on the bottom, making for an easy, leak proof fit when using this pan. Made a beautiful Danish Chocolate-Almond Marble Cheesecake, and the pan functioned flawlessly while baking, released cleanly, and clean-up was a BREEZE!!!Nordic Pro’s consistent, expected qualities; AMAZON’s ease of selection and speedy delivery combined make for a winner all the way around.

I have used this red and white pan for several cheesecakes, and it works well. It doesn't leak and it bakes the cheesecakes evenly. I also purchased the dark non-stick pan of this type by Nordicware and it baked very unevenly, and ruined the cheesecake.

This is exactly what I wanted. The food does not get stuck in the grooves like other cheaper versions. I am very happy with this product.

Very good quality and material. Just for perfect cheesecake!
