Italian Fontina Cheese - Sold by the Pound

I have never left a review on Amazon, and maybe this is because I was super nervous about buying cheese on Amazon. But! This was excellent. I made a baked cheese recipe with this and it was absolutely delicious. Will be buying again soon!

Taste, texture

This fontina was young, which is why I got it. It looked young and soft in the photo, and last time I bought from whole foods it was more mature, drier, sharper. But I love this one, similar to denmark fontina they used to sell at the butler's pantry in Andover massachusetts back in the day. American fontina is tasteless and flat. Thank you Frank and Sal!

Great flavor mild and creamy easy melting cheese

$36 for shipping? this cheese stinks to high heaven already.I mean seriously, how can you justify charging that much money to ship a pound of cheese?

The color is not correct, the label is not correct, nothing looks correct.Second photo I’ve uploaded is correct
