Doesn’t work at all, tried it many different times, after washing my face and before and in the middle of the day but every time it did nothing.. I’ve just got the JML flawless finish one it’s a bit more pricey but it’s worth it, it works like it’s supposed to

I was a little tentative buying this . I have two patches of facial hair on my chin and peach fuzz on my cheeks. I was fed up of using tweezers and with the lack of beauty salons open wanted to give this a try. Very easy to set up and this little remover has transformed my life. It is superb. In a few moments fuzz gone and the stronger hair on my chin was quickly removed. Very pleased. It’s only 2/3 days of using but when the stubble grew through yesterday it took moments to do again. Still a little worried whether using this will make the hair on my chin patches stronger but will wait and see. So far so good.

It is a facial hair remover so I used it as a toothbrush. Who on earth makes up these questions.

Given one star as the description is misleading ‘The Flawless Hair........’ is aimed at manipulating you into thinking you are buying the item we actually wanted which was an original hair remover made by JML not some obvious copy even down to the led light. Not happy we fell for it.

This product stopped working. Have ot been able to return it as there is no drop off point in this arra Don't know what I'm supposed to do

Very easy to use love the fact that it is chargeable does what it is suppose to good value for money. Most important is that it is pain free.

Average quality for the price. Not sure how long this will last, switch is hard to use. I would spend a bit more another time

I dont very often put negative reviews on here and am a regular customer but this is advertised as a Flawless but the make is actually a guRelax as shown on the promotional photo. I used it a couple of times and found it did not leave a smooth finish on my upper lip nor my fingers which I also used it on. Lip felt a bit sand paperish. I took it apart to clean it then it broke.I have since bought an actual Flawless from Tesco for £19.99 and it is much better. My upper lip feels smoother. The only good thing for me with the guRelax is you can charge it whereas the Flawless is battery operated but then that is more discreet.
