Won't charge or even turn on while plugged in. I'm VERY dissatisfied! There aren't even directions in English. Terrible purchase.

When I was offered a sample of this Bluetooth speaker in exchange for a review, I happily said yes to the offer. I love the retro styling of it and was intrigued by the retro look paired with a modern device. It's really a nice-looking speaker with some retro features (the shape, the handle, the face) and looks like an old transistor radio. The sides and handle are covered in leather. I'm not too fond of orange but that was the only color available in this style so I went with it. If I could have had this style with a different color (coffee, maybe), that would have been a fantastic combination.Despite how great it looks, I was not impressed by the sound. It was a bit muffled and had very little bass. The volume range is not what I expected either--even turned up to the maximum volume of 32 (according to the display), it's not as loud as other Bluetooth speakers I've tried in the past. Maybe that's intentional so it goes along with the retro design but it was disappointing, sound-wise. I wouldn't say it sounds bad per se, but it doesn't sound as good as some of the other speakers currently available.The speaker is bigger than I expected--I attached a picture to show its size. All in all, I can't rate this product very high because of its disappointing sound performance. However, if sound isn't all that important to you and you want a really cool, retro-looking speaker, this is a great choice.
