Q: is this material recyclable?

I would think not, it’s actual nylon string, not plastic

Q: How thick is the material?

It is very thin but cannot be ripped easily by hand and you have to work at it with scissors to cut it to size. It has been in full sun since December, 2021. We'll have to see if there's any degradation in the strength by the end of summer.

Q: How many years will this netting last?

Under normal use -- up to about 5 years. Animals and birds do get caught in the netting and most that get caught will end up dead. The more tangled they get the harder it is to untangle them without damaging the netting.
