The inflatable bladder is a good idea but it doesn't stay attached to the brace
Product is as advertises and gets the job done. The inflatable bladder is a good idea but it doesn't stay attached to the brace. Really don't need it.

The old and the new, and the improvement in my gait.
I have an incomplete Spinal Cord Injury which has caused me to lose the last 10-15 degrees of extension in my right knee. I have $700 braces, $200 braces, but nothing helped but a Swedish Knee Cage. If you have worn one you know that they don't fit under clothing well and are clumsy. Then came the OrthoPro. I have used the one at the top of the picture long enough the Amazon doesn't have a record of my purchase; it is a medium with (as you can see) plastic clips that keep the straps in place. With fear that these would suddenly disappear I bought a second one about a year ago. (The one at the bottom of the picture.) The new one has metal O rings to thread the straps through. While this may last longer it is harder to adjust. I have no experience with the closure system shown in the picture. If your very close to the next size, get the larger; my PT adjust the Medium to fit perfectly. BTW I never use the bladder, I find it easier to adjust with the straps. With this brace my weak knee does not snap onto hyperextension causing me to lose my balance. For ~ $150 it is worth a try and much less expensive than most ROM (range of motion) braces. Easier to put on too
