I have a sensitive stomach and I've found I become very nauseous if I don't take this with food. I've had the best results by taking this in the middle of a meal as opposed to before or after.

It’s kind of a stale berry flavor but not bad at all. It’s one big gulp but easy enough to swallow. I do feel a difference in my body when I don’t take them.

It works

I wanted to love this product, since my family and I love the REM formula - but 3 of us had a little tummy ache after consuming with lunch. I also tried it on an empty stomach, before a meal and after a meal with similar results. So 3 of us tried it together with a meal at the same time and it caused stomach upset to all 3 of us. The taste is very 'earthy' and resembles crushed vitamins - a little gagging. The ingredients are outstanding and the quality is very high - we all wanted to love this vitamin supplement gel but we just can't. We do love the REM formula - my entire adult family has this in their supplement arsenal for use when we are sick.

I have tried the multi vitamin healthy cell option and that one tastes a whole lot better than this one. Really hurts my stomach at times. Pretty harsh but I love other healthy cell vitamins!!

I take these every morning by mixing them into my smoothie. So far I really like them.

Great Product and works as advertised. Have been using several months now.
