No eraser, no hanging hooks. Can't figure out how to attach the tray (which is not on the parts list), or what the extra plastic tabs are for. They fit the brackets that hold/adjust the board in the stand, but no clue as to which direction they are supposed to be installed. Otherwise suitable. Good value for price, this is our second one -- will make a good mobile projection screen.

The board is fine. I didn’t get the eraser that was promised that I paid for. Can you please send it?

I’m a teacher and I got this white board for my classroom. It’s relatively cheap and not super easy to put together. When I did get it together, it doesn’t roll well, and it’s almost impossible to write on because it’s simply not sturdy! I would say pass on this item, especially due to the fact that it’s somewhat pricey!

Sturdy. Eraser missing, Pen holder stand missing. Hard to rotate. Easy to clean. Came with an extra screw. Neat packing. No damage. It says to use only water color marker. No oil markers to be used. Package box was damaged but product was packed with padding so no damage to the product.It is not instantly height adjustable. Need to remove the bars to re-install board to adjust height.

Great whiteboard. Sturdy and good looking. However, assembly Instructions suck. Is just one paper with a general pic showing how pieces go together but not much details.

The frame can adjust to fit a bigger white board. This is a really good purchase because you can attach basically any other white board or bulletin board you might have. I thought the actual white board would be bigger but it's not a huge deal once I see that you can adjust if for a larger one. Screw the bolts directly into the board to hold it. See pic. Only thing are the plastic covers for the raw edges are a pain. I left them off. Does not take away from the purchase at all.

Arrived quickly and as described. Light weight and easily portable. Shorter than I'd hoped--about 56" fully adjusted (I am 62" and this doesn't quite hit my nose). Gets the job done and travels well, so over all a good buy.

The board is good, but when writing it is not as sturdy as I would like. This does not actually impact the use, but does make it a little awkward.
