Omg,I love this!!!These are easy to swallow. I starting taking 1 softgel (500mg each) a day for 7 days then moved to 2 a day for 7 days now on 3 a day on an empty stomach in the morning. I had no cramps when my cycle came on,no sinus headache, stopped my cough at night,cleared up my fungus(jock itch) on my inner thighs and neck. It also stopped my rheumatoid arthritis.They say it cures everything except death. I give it to my 11 year old son . He has sore throat alot but hasn't since he been taking this.

There is a lot of testimonials about black seed oil, some of them I just don't believe. I do believe it does have some value. I find I sleep deeper than usual, as did my wife. (My wife did not know I was taking black seed oil at the time). No, it did not make me fall asleep any faster as far as i can tell, but the sleep seems to be deeper, so much so it seems to take a little more effort to get up to go to the bathroom.It may help with joint pain, but I exercise and still get some back pain, which may be due to exercises, but it seems I am pain free sometimes. But again, my arthritis as many others can attest to the same, sometimes it is much better. I want to point out that I had started takingTurmeric Curcumin before that and still do; so whether it is the combination of the two or one or the other, I'm not sure.It does also seem to cause vivid dreaming as you may have seen on other reviews; in the beginning to the point of being annoying, due to itwould make me a little restless. I seem to find it a little harder to get up to go the the bathroom. One reviewer discontinued taking it for thatreason. After few months, the vivid dreaming doesn't seem to be as overpowering as it was in the beginning, so possibly he didn't give his body enough time to adjust to it. Also, I initially had stomach upset and belching in about the first week, and you may see that in the reviews, as had I, but after a week or two all that cleared up. I also experienced minor constipation a few times. A friend of mine also experienced that too for a short time as did I. So, it may be worth a try for some, but this seems to be a pretty strong oil and you may have to wait as did I for your system to adjust to it. I can now take it without belching or stomach upset or constipation.As far as the claims to it growing hair, and enlarging Mr. Who-Ha if you know what I mean I'm doubtful. I saw two videos where onewoman applies it to her scalp and one where a man applies it to Mr. Who-Ha making that claim. I use the gelcaps since some reviewers say, this is a nasty tasting product and stinky too, so if you apply it directly, there is a good chance nobody would want to be around you.In another video, a man claims it works great for sinus and allergy problems and he no longer has any sinus or allergy problems. I have had sinus and allergy problems most of my life and it does nothing for that. Oh, I sometimes have periods where I have no problems, but this is typical of sinus and allergy sufferers. Due to several factors you will have good periods without problems, so I don't attribute the periods of not having sinus and allergy problems to black seed oil. Also, I get allergy shots weekly, so I can't say whether black seed oil is responsible for the good periods. I know to some, this will seem like a rather murky review and won't find it very helpful, but I am reviewing it to give my personal experience with black seed oil.

This black seed oil came fast and packaged well. It takes a little more of the gel capsules than taking the more expensive brand of black seed oil.
