I bought this book because I have problem to get pregnant, I had a failed IVF procedure. I thought this book will help me to pass through my experience, but I'm not so happy with the book. They are some good points but still is not what I expected.

Useless book and waste of money - Don’t BUY
This book is useless and when I tried to mention this to fearlessly fertile Facebook page , my comment was deleted and i amNo more able to add comments on that page. The book is meaningless and is just wasting money of the women who are really struggling to have a child. This is playing with emotions and making women waste their money and time in reading this useless book. Don’t buy pls.

Interesting info
I really enjoyed this book. A great little read and not many books focusing on this stuff.

I like it but...
As for as fertility books go, I like this one. It tackles the mental side of TTC that very few people know how to cover. Instead of focusing solely on the physical health side with diet changes, supplements and yoga positions, it looks at building up that mental side. From the practical side of this book, I love it. I love the interactivity that requires me to actually stop and think. When you do everything right and still can't see that BFP, it gets more and frustrating. I love having someone finally stop and focus on how to rediscover the joy of TTC and realize the power of your mind. The reason it's not a 5 is because as much as I like the content, I feel like I paid for someone to advertise their service to me. Most of the chapters have examples of women/couples she's helped - which is great - but it turns into one giant promotion fest. Plus the first three chapters were repetitive build-ups to it. I kept hoping that she would just get on with it! It really felt like she's allowing readers to dip their toes into her strategies just enough to get wet and want to hire her as a reproductive coach. In that regard, it was disappointing. The over-promotion became really, really old by the end of the third chapter and continues to sneak its way into the conversation throughout the rest of the book.

The book I’ve been looking for
4 years struggling to conceive; this is exactly the book I’ve been trying to find. She guides you through deeper practices focused on YOUR emotions, beliefs, fears, and hopes. Honestly, the first chapter was like reading my own story - right down to the suggestion to eat black chicken.I was worried she wouldn’t share any specific practices, since one of the reviews said it’s an ad for her programs, but this book has a TON of practical exercises and suggestions. Of course, you always get better results with personalized support, but I had a lot of breakthroughs and Aha moments just going through the practices in each chapter. I only wish I’d found this book sooner, because it’s exactly what I was looking for.
