Prefer old design
I received this product in my Ipsy bag and loved it, so I purchased two. I noticed ed the design was different and it looks like it would be a retractable pencil, which I was excited about. Not crazy about the new design.

Application is OK
I received a sample ModelCo brow pencil in a Birch Box and thought this would be the same but it's not. It's OK but it's harder to apply than the sample I had gotten. Not bad for the price tho.

Sent without a pencil stick. RIDICULOUS.
I had to drive 50 miles to a PO box to pick this up literally it came without even a pencil stick it's not even worth me returning it I had to throw it in the garbage I am so disappointed.honestly I would expect a new one sent right away not even with me having to return it with everything going on and having to drive another 50 miles that's ridiculous how disappointing I deserve another one sent to me.

Love this product. Blends well. Just fills in thin spots and adds definition. Would buy again.

Different pencil than the one advertised
Product ran out after a couple uses. Takes a lot of the product for it to show up on skin. Not a fan. Also the pencil does not look like the one in the picture
