These LEDs are really bright! I like them.
I bought these as an experiment - I needed some for my students, and these were very inexpensive.Wow! With a 220 ohm resistor, these LEDs are really bright - so much so that they almost hurt the eyes.So ... I'm delighted (so to speak) and will probably wind up buying other colors from the same vendor.

Fantastic deal on these bright white LEDs
Fantastic deal. I use LEDs for building lighting on my model railroad but the hobby store wants over $1 each, These are bright white and are ideal for simulating fluorescent lighting. If desired, they can be "dimmed" by adding a resistor in series, run on 3VDC.
