While flimsier than the original product line, they are quite fun to play with at night. I am afraid they won't last as long, already one of the units has been set aside because it will break appart soon. Had the original product for over a year, and it didn't happen. Issue with product formulation or type of plastic used?

This was my son's favourite birthday gift but unfortunately the LED blacklight quit working 2 days after he opened it. The batteries cannot be replaced and he doesn't want me to return it because he doesn't want to part with his tiles so now I have to try to find a replacement that works. It is a lot of fun when it works.

Love these!We bought copper tape and a small battery and light to make a diy stem activity. They loved it. But this comes with an LED light and you can essentially “write” on the tiles. They work well with other magnatiles. But they are pricey.
