Knightsbridge 6 Inch E27 Vintage Pendant Set in Black Nickel, 150mm

Looks very classy, easy to fit, value for money.

Neat ceiling rose, looks good and reasonably well made but a bit expensive for what it is.

I brought the contemporary one first as I preferred it, but after installing it I realised it doesn't support a shade, well it did with the help on the shade white thingy usually used for lamps, but it still sat wonky. So returned it and got the retro one. It's lovely. Trying to find a chrome pendant which wasn't over 2m in length was difficult. But this is perfect. The retro one has a bit you can unscrew to fit a shade while the contemporary one is more for just a handing bulb. Fairly easy to install. Just what I needed.

Lovely appearance. Screwed wires into backplate easily.

Looks good so far, only issue is it’s squished into a small box so the cord is bent and the light isn’t straight. Considering whether to keep it or return for refund

Great item, cable just the right length for low ceilings, looks modern with a vintage twist.

I needed to change the cord as the supplied one was too short and not the style we wanted. On any standard ceiling rose this is easily done but this was a little trickier to strip down but it's doable. There are no screw terminals on the light end, they are push in holes which clamp the conductors.The other thing, also unlike a standard ceiling rose is there is no collar for holding a lampshade in place. I had to rely on the screwed thread of the actual bulb to hold it in place. This needed to be done really quite tight for it to make contact with the contacts inside the fitting.Overall it looks nice tho, I will get another for downstairs.

We bought the antique brass one and very pleased with it. It looks lovely. The base was a bit larger than the previous fitment we had, so I had to fit the included one - it seemed good quality but was hoping to avoid that. Otherwise it does take lamp shades despite what people say.I was nervous as the questions say it's a ~50mm hole but 50mm is the width of the whole outside of the fitment - it's about 40mm for the thread so if you have a lampshade with a reducer remove that and if the hole is 40mm it will probably fit.
