DOA, not working at all.

Buy something better.
This is one of the cheapest M.2 SATA drives you can buy, and it shows. It has no thermal sensor, but believe me when I tell you it runs hot. I had to put some thermal pads on it so it holds up against the case and transfers heat away. Your money would be better spent on something from someone more reputable like Samsung, Corsair, Western Digital, or even Patriot. The speeds are decent, but I just think you could get more value if you spent a little more. Often enough the cheapest thing you can buy is not the best value.

DOA
Just a dead drive, no PCIe conflict, no improper installation, and nothing will acknowlege that this thing is installed. Already kinda disappointed, but then I learned looking at the warranty specifics, that shipping it back to the factory would be on me. Shipping cost, customs fees, insurance costs, as well as time I'd have to wait, seem worth the same, if not more than buying a whole new one outright, especially with prime free shipping. I needed this for school projects, which are time sensitive and coming up quick, but now I'm going to have to dish out extra cash and still try to make up for lost time.

Works with Raspberry Pi 4
I bought this to use with a USB C M.2 enclosure. I flashed the Raspberry Pi OS to it and it works well. It's way faster than using an SD card. Also, it was not DOA, so that's nice.
