Avoid This Product โ Defective Unit, No Support, and Disappointing After-Sales Experience.
purchased the Conbre CPE MT-300H 4G Wi-Fi Router expecting a simple plug-and-play setup as advertised. Unfortunately, the router never performed its most basic function. From the day it was powered on, the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) never appeared on any phone, laptop, or other device. Without broadcasting a Wi-Fi network, the router is completely unusable. I spent several days troubleshooting: Tried a valid Jio SIM. Rebooted and reset the device multiple times. Tested with multiple phones and laptops. Followed the manufacturer's instructions carefully. Nothing worked. The support experience was even worse: The contact number printed on the router was not in service. WhatsApp messages received no response. There was no meaningful technical support available. I then contacted Amazon for assistance. The response was extremely disappointing. Once the return window had expired, Amazon simply directed me to contact the manufacturer myself. The "Get Product Support" process was of no practical help in resolving the issue. I was effectively told to find the manufacturer's contact details online and pursue the matter on my own. The product is still within its warranty period, yet obtaining support or a replacement appears unnecessarily difficult. A warranty is of little value when customers cannot easily reach the company or receive assistance for a defective product. Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating online purchases I have made. The product failed to perform its basic advertised function, the manufacturer was unreachable, and the after-sales support experience was highly disappointing. Amazon Customer Service Leaders need look this matter seriously . Don't hand wash after selling such fake product. I will take this to further level on customer court. My recommendation: Think carefully before purchasing this product if after-sales support and warranty service are important to you

โGood router but needs more stabilityโ
I am using this Conbre 4G router with a BSNL SIM. The Wi-Fi signal stays stable and the blue light also remains steady, but sometimes the internet suddenly stops even though the router shows network. After restarting the router 2โ3 times, it starts working again. Setup was simple and Wi-Fi range is good, but the software could be more stable. Overall, it is useful but needs improvement.โ

Works well, but time will tell about the durability
The review is based on like 2 days of use. I am using it for a back up internet to my SD-WAN router. The primary link is a 100mbps Airtel fiber and the secondary is a Airtel cellular 4G. I used to run a COFE CF-903 for a year and it seemed to work from time to time with a Cisco small business router with dual WAN. But at times, i still lost connectivity and was not fail safe. When I replaced the Cisco with a SD-WAN solution, the router was deactivating the COFE as unstable. So I decided to replace COFE with a CONBRE. Boy, the SD-WAN router likes the CONBRE one. Please see the attached screenshot of the throughput circled for the LTE/4G with over 24 hours of history. Seems pretty stable and resilient. Now, how durable it will be in a year, no one knows, since the warranty is only 90 days. If I recollect, the COFi did good too initially and then went downhill. When I connect to the WiFi of the CONBRE from my phone, I see about 3Mbps up and down. The modem is near a window. Again seems good for now. I will be getting another fiber Internet for a 3rd provider , so can reach the security system and cameras at the location behind the SD-WAN setup.

Fraudulent Customer Support
I'm extremely disappointed with this Conbre router and its customer service. The product performs poorly โ I get less than 10Mbps on a priority network in a high-speed zone where my mobile gets 150Mbps+ on 4G. Customer care is fraudulent. They don't respond properly to queries, and whenever I asked a technical question, they beat around the bushes instead of giving a clear answer. Their support is vague, unhelpful, and avoids the real issue. For a product that needs reliable support, this is unacceptable. Think twice before buying.
