Outdoor Security Camera Pan-Tilt
The media could not be loaded. Wanted a cctv camera that moves around instead of a static one which all my other security cameras are so wanted a good value camera with simple to use controls which is what you get with this outdoor security camera. On opening this product you can tell straight away that the camera is a great build with quality materials. The physical set up of the camera is very simple you just unscrew the back plate and attach it to your wall with 4 screws then put the camera on and use a screw to attach the camera to the bracket (I Already had a power cable running through the wall). Setting up the camera on the App is really simple and all up and running within a few minutes were you can then change the settings to your own preference I made sure I had motion detection on set to certain areas so i don't get false alarms going off and use the humanoid feature which works perfectly recognising a person and notifying you when it picks them up. I also like the two way speaker as this can be used to deter a person hanging around too long. This camera has been installed in winter it has been windy, cold and wet and hasn't affected the product at all also the wifi strength is really strong and doesn't drop out.The picture and video quality is great day and night with its 5MP it is very sharp and crisp and you can identify really easy what is going on even at night time. The best feature for me is the pan-tilt it is so smooth to control from my phone and i can zoom in and out and the movement side to side covers my whole garden which has been useful already.Great product great value.

Excellent quality video (eventually), but don't get too excited by the reviews
I purchased this to watch & record wildlife in our garden as we get lots of night-time visitors. I had some difficulty at first because the manual (thick, multi-language and fairly clear) referred to software on the supplied CD that didn't exist. I run our normal house CCTV through Synology and this was advertised as ONVIF compliant so assumed it would work flawlessly. The camera was instantly recognised and added, but no picture when viewing via browser to Synology..I finally worked out that H265 is not currently supported by any web browser so you will need an app (android/mac or Windows) to actually see anything. Once I located the Synology Surveillance Station desktop app, it worked nearly perfectly (occasional live stream loss is down to the app not being very good at H265 either, but the recordings are perfect - although restricted to a max of 15FPS). Full PTZ function is enabled.I'm a little troubled by the fact that, despite H265 being around 10x the compression of H264, it interferes with the live stream of my main cameras, apparently competing for bandwidth on a 1Gb internal network. You will need the phone app (I use CamHiPro) for setup and for finer control of the camera. The third page of the app settings allows picture adjustment, tracking & what-not. If you want to use the two-way audio, turn the mics right up or you won't hear anything.A main issue for some people will be the tracking - it's horrendously slow and the company claim it can't go any faster without ruining picture quality. So it's got a cheap processor (my HikVision can track at ten times the speed with no issues at all) but that's probably to be expected at this price.I refused the seller's offer of a full refund if I gave the camera a 5 star review with video and photos included. I advise potential buyers to consider this when reading other reviews of this camera. I have included one picture to show the night vision picture quality.

Excellent daylight quality, well built camera
After searching for a camera to cover a wide area, I purchased the 5MP Topcony WiFi camera . The camera covers around 20 metres across and the high definition picture quality cannot be faulted for the price. The alternative CCTV Cameras would be double the price. The HD is twice as good as a 1080p camera. The night time vision is good and the IR lights are bright. The quality is still high-def but can be hit and miss with reading numberplates of slow moving vehicles of around 15 metres away. This is largely down to the auto focus that has to catchup. The intelligent tracking works well initially but the only problem I have is the camera doesn't move back to the default position once it has finished tracking. Not a huge problem for me but its a shame as the camera itself is excellent. The structure of the Topcony camera is well built, with a full metal casing. It is a good weight and doesn't feel light and plastic where others have failed (I tried quite a few camera's until I released I needed to spent a bit more and I was not disappointed).I mounted the camera on the side of my house and managed to pack the white cables/reset button inside the housing. This has meant I can seal around the camera with no external connections to prevent any water ingress.Camera connected to WiFi camera app straight away and has been working well ever since (running for around 2 weeks).
