PHINDELI Fine Coffee SUPREME 8.8 oz

I have been living in Vietnam before, and found out that Vietnamese have the some of the best coffee blends in the world. And the real coffee doesn't have the chicory bitter taste like Café du Monde, but pure 100% Robusta dark roast, or Robusta mixed with Arabica roasted in an unique way that make the coffee very smooth, bold taste, with many layers of flavors. However I had difficulties looking for the right Vietnamese coffee blends here in the US, most of the coffee in the Asian stores just doesn't have the right colors and flavors that you can have in the best coffee garden of Saigon.And finally, I tried this PHINDELI and WOW ... this is the authentic coffee that can make the truly great ca phe sua da. Now I couldn't wait to the afternoon when my wife will make this delicous drink for me.

very weak tasting, normally I buy my coffee in a large amount when I go to My Tho, Vietnam. I ran out so I gave PHIN DELI a try. I'm sorry but it has no flavor, very light in color and I read the ingredients and it has soybeans and artificial flavors , maybe I'm spoiled but this is low on the pole....another thing, normally when you first open a bag of coffee it has a rich aroma that we all love....it wasn't there, THATS SAD.

At its simplest, Ca phe Sua da is made with finely ground Vietnamese-grown dark roast coffee individually brewed with a small metal French drip filter (cà phê phin) into a cup containing about a quarter to a half as much sweetened condensed milk, stirred and poured over ice. I read the news about Phindeli on New Yorker last week. The order from Amazon has come yesterday, just tried it this morning. Amazing! It has Recalled my sweet memory about coffee culture in Vietnam. The unique combination taste of bitter and sweet. So so good

This coffee is very good when you drink it hot - but it is even better when you drink it cold. This is very good when you mix it with Hazelnut Cream.

For a long time I did not have Vietnamese coffee, now that PhinDeli is actually entering amazon market, it gets easier for me, and other Vietnamese coffee lovers to enjoy the real taste of coffee. This Vietnamese origin coffee is so strong, fragrant and almost liquor like. When you mix it with condense milk, the result is like rich coffee and dark chocolate together.
