Ensure that your shoe is not tight or else with insertion of this Insole, it will get tighter. Also the right cut-out fit requires one to be careful and not cut off too much of the insole before insertion.\

Good quality that really helped my ability to walk better even with tired feet.

I have a desk job and my feet gets tired while wearing formal shoes. Found these insoles from Dr. Scholl's and now my feet thank me and my shoes fit perfectly as well. It has also helped ease the pressure on my knees and I feel more energetic through out the day.

Take care to cut the size & shape properly - guidelines are easy to follow. Seems to have relieved pain after just a couple of days use. Comfortable and well priced.

Its money well spent on immediately upgrading the comfort for your feet.Used in an old pair of shoes that were not proving the comfort to be worn for longer period. This solved that problem.
